Suitable for those who are new to the sport of have only attended one or two of our previous Diving Days.
1300 - 1400 Advanced Course
For those looking to improve their technique on the Springboards and Highboards. To book on to this course Divers should have some prior experience.

This course will take place at St Swithun's School, Winchester, which is the ideal venue for undertaking a crash course to improve the swimmers diving abilities. St Swithun's has 2 spring boards and a 3m high board which all the swimmers will have the option to jump from. Swimmers must be able to swim a minimum of 50m before taking part in the session.
Our Diving Team is headed up by Ex International Highboard and Springboard Diver - Mark Alderman. This is a fantastic opportunity to complete a course of Diving sessions and gain more competence on the boards.
