As THE Swim School in the South Coast, Wessex Swim School is looking for only the best swimming teachers.

If you are ASA Level 2 or STA Full Teacher with experience teaching small classes and in a 1-1 environment, this could be the job for you. We expect our teachers to be well presented, effective communicators with children and adults and have an indepth understanding of swimming.

The Dry interview - informal chat with a Supervisor about experience and availability.

The Wet Interview - approx 1-1.5 hours where you will take 2 or 3 classes or different ages and ability to see how you deal with the various different levels under the supervision of the Supervisor.
