“I’m really looking forward to getting stuck in to this stimulating role of Assistant Swim School Manager at Wessex Swim School. With swimming pools in Winchester, Southampton, Bishops Waltham and having just expanded to 2 pools in Salisbury, it’s a really exciting and busy time for Wessex. We have a great team in the office and really fantastic teachers, so it’s going to be brilliant to get to work with them all more closely”
Wessex Swim School, which started 15 years ago, has thrived in the Hampshire and Wiltshire areas with its focus on a maximum of 3 pupils in the class (only going up to 5 pupils for higher stages). All members of staff are fully qualified teachers, insured and have an enhanced CRB check, meaning that the pupils are in safe hands. With nearly 1,000 pupils (children and adults, beginners and improvers) across 5 different pools, teaching on every day of the week, Wessex Swim School is known for its high quality affordable tuition.
Charlotte works closely with Swim School Manager, Denise Sayers; Courses Co-ordinator, Gilly Footer; and Schools Co-ordinator, Jen Lawrence; who, collectively have 45 years’ experience teaching swimming lessons! Charlotte is helping to manage the 75 swimming teachers and Supervisors on Wessex Swim School’s books, as well as driving the successful launch of the new pools.
